Rolf Silver
CEO
Our senior partner Rolf is a senior finance professional and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Certified Accountants. His career started in audit and he has since held many high-profile roles with SME’s including CFO/Finance Director and interim CFO of both listed and unlisted companies.
Rolf has also led sizeable projects with very large multinationals, including:
- Lead on a data migration project encompassing $350million of business spanning 20 entities around the globe to a central unit whilst ensuring compliance with US and UK GAAP.
- Lead on a world wide ‘Managing for Value’ project for a large Australian packaging company, which encompassed a whole bottom up strategic review of the business.
- Lead on operational restructuring of multinational headhunters.
- Lead on clean up and relisting of a Nasdaq quoted company, which also involved constructing a management buy out of the operational unit.
Other areas and projects where Rolf has been the senior finance member of the team include flotation, refinancing, funding, financial due diligence, transfer pricing projects for SMEs.
Sara Marin
Managing Partner
Our managing partner Sara Marin is a Spanish qualified financial accountant who completed degrees in economics and business administration at Barcelona University before participating in the Erasmus graduate exchange programme at Trent University in the UK where she furthered her studies in economics.
After this Sara trained at Romo Fabrics in Nottingham for 3 years where she was also able to perfect her command of the English language. She then moved back to Spain where she gained valuable experience with Deloitte and Touche in Barcelona for 3 years before becoming the financial controller of a Spain-based UK company.
She formed End2End with Rolf Silver in 2007, and currently holds the position of managing partner.
